Carl Hilding "Doc" Severinsen (born July 7, 1927) is an American pop and jazz trumpeter. During the 1970s, Severinsen released several albums that have a pop rock basis, some of which include electronic instrumentation components like "The Court of the Crimson King" a cover of King Crimson and "Abbey Road Medley" with cover songs of Beatles.
